Taking place during the first weekend in April, the Fair is a perennial favorite throughout the Iowa equine community as it offers a perfect end to the cabin fever brought on by a typical Iowa winter. Many consider it to be the grand opening to the new season of horse events and everyone considers it a perfect excuse to be among like-minded horse people.
While many horse fairs are produced by paid professionals, the Iowa Horse Fair is planned and conducted primarily by volunteers.
We would like to thank all of our speakers, demonstrators, clinicians, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, advertisers, and volunteers who help to make the Iowa Horse Fair a success.
